Hi, I’m Daniel (Dan, D, Danny, I will let you decide) – Ex-rugby player of 13 years, personal trainer, coffee enthusiast, and someone who’s always had a genuine love for health and fitness which lead me to becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
But more importantly, I’m just like you, I’ve had those late-night snack cravings, the days where motivation dips, and the moments where the gym felt more overwhelming than empowering, WERE ALL HUMAN!
Over the past decade, I’ve seen far too many people, friends, family, the average person, hold themselves back from starting their fitness journey. Not because they didn’t want to, but because the gym just wasn’t the right environment. The noise of the weights and machines clashing, gym goers roaring "to motivate themselves" , the crowds, the unfamiliar machines, the feeling of not knowing where to begin, or worse..feeling judged.
That’s why I started my in-home personal training business in 2017, COVID didn't help but we came back stronger, NEVER GIVE UP..
My mission is to take the pressure off you and bring the training to you..literally. Whether it’s your living room, back garden, garage, or a quiet park nearby, I create a space where you can move confidently, at your own pace, with no noise, no judgment, and no intimidation.
Whether you're training solo, with your partner, with a friend, or even your kids—I’m here to help guide, support, and challenge you in a way that feels right for you. You don’t have to know how to use every machine or love the gym atmosphere. You just need the desire to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I’ll handle the rest.
